Wellington is currently at Alert Level 1 - all group classes are in person.

Wellington at Alert Level 2 - June 2021

Virtual adult classes on Zoom from Wednesday 23 June to Tuesday 29 June

Following the change in alert levels on Wednesday, 23 June for the Wellington region, all group classes for adults at Alliance Française Wellington will take place via Zoom until Tuesday 29 June 2021.

Private classes and kids classes will be taking place on site as usual.

Your teachers will send you the link to Zoom via Email and Padlet and will be liaising with you and answering your questions.

Virtual classes will be set up in order to maintain your personal connection to your teacher. We recommend downloading the free Zoom software here for the best experience.

Benefits of Virtual Classes

  1. Privacy: If you don’t like being on camera, you can shut off the video setting at any time. You can also choose a virtual background on Zoom.

  2. Constant support: You can communicate with your teacher through Padlet for homework and extra activities.

  3. Convenience: Online classes can happen right from home!
