Professeur.e de FLE – Alliance Française de Wellington

Description du poste (FLE):

Vous enseignerez un minimum de 6 heures par semaine à des enfants et des adolescents francophones et non-francophones ainsi qu’à des adultes - du niveau A1 au niveau C1.
L’enseignant.e doit être disponible 3 soirs par semaine et le samedi matin.
Les cours pour enfants représentent une offre en plein essor, il est donc primordial que l’enseignant.e témoigne d’un attrait certain et de réelles aptitudes pour l’enseignement à ce public (les plus jeunes enfants ont 2 ans).
L’enseignant.e doit au quotidien :

• Préparer ses cours en fonction des facilités et difficultés des élèves
• Réfléchirir aux supports à inclure : livres, logiciels, films...
• Réaliser l'évaluation continue des élèves

L’enseignant.e est avant tout un.e expert.e de la langue française, doté.e d'une connaissance pointue de la grammaire, de l'orthographe et du vocabulaire.

TYPE DE CONTRAT : CDD
VOLUME HORAIRE PAR SEMAINE : 10h minimum
DURÉE : Variable selon le type de visa
DATE DE DÉBUT DU CONTRAT : 26 janvier 2026
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

• Être titulaire d’une Master en Français Langue Étrangère ou Sciences de l’Éducation ou Didactique des langues ou DAEFLE.
• Connaissance du CECRL, habilitation DELF/DALF souhaitée
• Autonomie, créativité pédagogique, disponibilité, sens du contact et une grande capacité d'adaptation.

Communication and Marketing Coordinator – Alliance Française de Wellington

Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Communication and Marketing Coordinator with strong expertise in marketing, social media, e-newsletter content creation, and online analytics - as well as excellent communication skills and a passion for all things French.
This role requires a high level of written and spoken proficiency in both English and French.

Your role will include to:

• Developing the Alliance Française Wellington marketing strategy and implementing communication plans in collaboration with the Director.
  
• Designing communication materials using design software (knowledge of Canva preferred).
  
• Managing AFW’s digital communication - updating the website (Oncord), editing the monthly e-newsletter, managing social media accounts (Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and running Google Ads campaigns (Paid and Grant).
  
• Building and nurturing relationships within AFW’s network of commercial partners and relevant social media communities.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Over 2 years’ experience in communication and social media.
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong interest in Francophone culture.
  
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Ads.
  
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Type of contract - Part time, permanent
Hours - 20 hours per week
Start Date - 20 January 2026
